| Event Requirements |

Pam usually uses PowerPoint on her PC laptop computer. She will need a screen and projector for displaying her PowerPoint presentation. |
| |
She will work with the Meeting Planner to find the best AV for the room, the
audience and the Meeting Planner budget. |
| |
At times it is not appropriate to use PowerPoint, due to audience size, length
of program, or challenges with the venue. That is not a problem. In that event,
it may make more sense to have either a flip chart or a white board. Pam will
work with you to determine the AV that makes the most sense. A cordless, lavaliere mike is preferred. |
| |
| Podium Requirements |
| |
Pam doesn't need a podium. She usually walks around and into the audience.Additionally, she requests a small table to hold her computer, the LCD projector and a few notes. |

| Ambassador |
| |
An event ambassador would be greatly appreciated. This individual would assist Pam with event logistics, carrying baggage (if needed) and help to hook-up equipment. Pam has a medical condition that can at times limit her mobility… but not her ability to deliver a fabulous keynote for your group. |
